This is a BYOB Cruise, with live music by Honey & Friends - and we will have tasty appetizers onboard.

If you cannot join us, but would like to be part of this fundraiser, consider purchasing a ticket and let us know you will NOT be attending. We will hold a drawing, so some of our middle school teachers can attend.

Our Tapas and Tasting Tour Series continues with Chef Bobby from New South on Amelia Island on this surprising combination of American pork and American red zinfandels.

Enjoy passed hors d'oevres of a crunchy crostini with a sensational pimento cheese and topped with a hand crafted tomato bacon jam.

As the boat cruises past Fernandina's shrimp boats, Egan's Creek, Old Town, and Fort Clinch you will be thrilled in delight as we hunt playful dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, and the wild horses of Georgia's Cumberland Island.

Live music sets the tone for a low and slow oak-smoked Beeler's Red Duroc pork shoulder, pulled and piled high on a bun, with fresh slaw and dill pickles. This will be accompanied with potato salad and Southern style baked beans.

While your palate is tastefully treated to this beautiful pairing of different American Red Zinfandel by Ridge such as 3 Valleys Sonoma, Paso Robles, and Ponza Dry Creek, with the smoky pork, the sun will set against the tree lined horizon atop the shimmering waters of the Amelia River.
