From the historic Fernandina waterfront to the breathtaking view of wild horses on Cumberland Island, the fascinating stories of Amelia and the Cumberland Sound will enrich your coastal experience with intrigue and wonder. Come aboard for an inspiring cruise that takes you along salt marshes, wilderness beaches, and historic river banks. Dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, and exotic seabirds meld with ancient shrimp boats, luxury yachts, and even a Civil War era fort along the way—all professionally narrated by local history and nature experts.

Cumberland Island Tour


This 2-hour cruise takes you along the western shoreline of beautiful Cumberland Island, Georgia—our nation's largest wilderness island and “America’s Most Beautiful Wilderness Beach,” according to the Travel Channel.

Watch for wild horses grazing along the shore and the majestic ruins of Dungeness, while listening to the stories of a colorful history and the multitude of wildlife that inhabit the island. You'll see Amelia Island from the Intracoastal Waterway as we head to and from Cumberland and learn about the charms of this barrier island—the Isle of Eight Flags—and the birthplace of the shrimping industry, Fort Clinch and much more.

CUMBERLAND SOUND TOUR

This 1 1/2 -hour tour glides along Amelia Island's Intracoastal shoreline...up to Cumberland Sound and around Cumberland Island's southern tip. As we enter Cumberland's peaceful Beach Creek, you'll learn about the unique barrier island environment and history. Hear stories about Amelia Island's history, shrimping, marine wildlife, and much more. See historic Fort Clinch from the water!

SUNSET CRUISE

This 1-hour tour is the perfect way to relax and have fun at the end of the day!
Locals and visitors alike enjoy this popular, peaceful cruise.

We head up toward Cumberland Island's southern shoreline and then glide back as we enjoy a spectacular sunset. Depending upon tides and wind conditions, the Captain may decide to cruise through the Bells River area where you'll float alongside some breathtaking marsh islands, giving you a gorgeous panoramic view.

Our weather can surprise you!
It might be pouring in Jacksonville, but nice and sunny on Amelia Island. The barrier island environment creates unpredictable and changeable weather patterns, so please check with us before altering your plans. We check NOAA radar frequently to ensure
that you have a safe and fun boating experience!

From September until March 1st, we do not conduct regular Sunday tours; PLEASE CALL REGARDING HOLIDAY SCHEDULES, which may include Sundays.

Tours depart from the Fernandina Harbor Marina in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. All of our vessels are U.S. Coast Guard inspected for a safe and stable ride.
Our experienced captains are USCG licensed, and a professional narrator accompanies each tour. Restrooms and cold beverages are available onboard for your convenience.
Each boat is covered with a shade canopy, and we sail rain or shine, within reason.
We have space for up to 49 passengers per vessel.Our cruises are fun and comfortable for all ages!

PURCHASE TICKETS AT OUR MARINA OFFICE located in Parking Lot A at the Fernandina Harbor. Tours depart from the Fernandina Harbor Marina in Downtown Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, FL. Boats are docked at the North Parking Lot (Lot A) dock, alongside the ramp closest to the walkway.

PARKING: Free parking is available on the North & South sides of the large restaurant/gift shop building, within a short walking distance to the boats; you may also park on Centre Street or downtown side streets.

ARRIVAL TIMES: Please arrive about 20 minutes before tour departure time to allow for parking & ticket purchases.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are recommended, but not required. Please call us if you must cancel your reservation.

ONBOARD:You may purchase cold drinks onboard or bring along your own beverages; we do not serve food. Restrooms are located onboard each boat for your convenience.
Bring a lightweight outer garment—recommended during autumn through springtime months. Bring your camera, binoculars, sunglasses and sunscreen!

Departure times & ticket prices are subject to change We have a minimum passenger requirement; we may cancel a tour if minimum is not met.The Captain makes the final decision regarding weather cancellations.
